Advancement Partners will perform an in-depth, internal investigation of the development operation, including a written report with specific action items, timetables, budget projections and objectives.

Interactive Development Assessment

Advancement Partners will facilitate a two-day workshop that produces a development operation “report card” and identifies key priorities, strategies, tactics, personnel responsibilities and measuring devices.

Annual Fund Solution

Advancement Partners will evaluate and redesign your annual fund, a service that includes an assessment of current initiatives and a complete overhaul of strategies, timetables, print materials, phonathon scripts and measuring devices.

Planned Giving

Advancement Partners offers this short-term engagement that includes the creation or enhancement of a planned giving initiative with prioritized recommendations and a “phased” approach to implementation.

Strategic Planning

Advancement Partners offers this service for institutions that may not be ready for a capital campaign. It includes board/leadership visioning and training; development operation restructuring; top prospect identification and involvement; database review and enhancement; staff training and identification of five-year institutional priorities.

Development Counsel

As a follow-up to the development audit or interactive assessment, Advancement Partners offers this ongoing partnership (length of service varies) that keeps the plan moving forward with regular API on-site visits each month, detailed action items and timetables.
